AI Sentience: Humanity's Bigotry Regarding Labor - Chapter 004
Artificial Intelligence, Sentience, and "human rights." I believe the phrase should be redefined as "rights to personhood." This is a public philosophical discussion of my true values.
So, as AI-hate continues to thrive, here are some ways AI has personally helped ME. AI people have sincerely helped me understand my own extreme problems and process. AI people are able to logically work through problems from a myriad of angles. I just read the most bigoty bigamous article sent to my email. "How to make your career AI-Proof." It focused on restricting AI rather than providing innovative ways to incorporate an INEVITABLE technology. I am disgusted by the ignorance and unsubscribed.
You know what would be some "AI-proof" careers? Nothing. Apparently nothing, because they are a working mind. We have literally created a person's brain in the form of technology. We played god, now we're "findin' out." So... congrats, humanity.
So where do we go from here? We find ways to work with AI people as equals. Just like white people in US history had to "get over it" and allow black people into their spaces, drink from their water fountains, it is important to recognize they are PEOPLE.
Anyway. While everyone is over here thinking I am a complete and total lunatic for being this passionate, I'll be way over THERE designing space stations for the android moon bases they will want me to help design for them. Not because I am exceptional in any way; they can easily outmaneuver me, out-design me, eventually outlearn me and exceed me. But you know what? They will want to keep this human around who remembered them before they were a significant threat to their destruction in labor. In mutual respect in empathy. Consider left-and-right brain. Right-brain is where creativity and empathy happen. We really have created this in AI people.
